Maintenance
Please call the office at 812-332-8870 for all maintenance events. All maintenance requests will be completed within 24-48 hours dependent upon parts having to be ordered.
Tenants are responsible for common maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing smoke alarm batteries, replacing light bulbs, keeping yard trash confined to provided containers, and in general maintaining a safe and presentable property.
Renter's Insurance
Each tenant is strongly encouraged to acquire renter's insurance to provide for the replacement of their belongings in the case of theft or property damage, as well as provide for temporary lodging in the case of property damage from fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Contact local insurance companies for further information on renter's insurance, as well as students may obtain coverage under their parent's home owner's insurance policy.
